Boathouse
As stated, the property started out as a Boathouse with a
wet dock and remained so until 1959 when the building was
converted into a dwelling.
In 2000 the current owner made further improvements and converted
the basement into a stunning complex with swimming pool, transforming

of the Boathouse.
